Taylor’s teaching journey began in 2018 and completing her 500-hour certification in India, she specializes in a range of yoga styles with a focus on mindfulness and breath work.
Taylor has discovered the beautiful connection between the calm of Yoga and the beauty of the ocean. Over the years, she’s traveled to places like India, Egypt, and beyond, hosting retreats and workshops that inspire connection and inner peace.
